We operate an appointment system in order to ensure that the student is given the necessary time to deal with the student's problem. At the end of the student's appointment an agreement will be made on what has to be achieved by both the student and advisor, and a further appointment is arranged if necessary. Through the course of this meeting/meetings the student will make all decisions regarding their case and will be kept informed on any developments. In addition to one to one interviews, advice can be given via telephone, email or correspondence - please read the 'confidential' section for more information on this.
